Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Spa Supervisor to help lead a welcoming wellness environment in Black River. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced service professional who enjoys supporting a team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations in a premium spa setting.

In this role, you will oversee front-of-house and spa service coordination, ensuring every guest receives attentive, professional care from arrival to departure. You will support scheduling, daily staff supervision, service standards, and quality control across treatments and guest interactions. A calm, organized approach and a genuine passion for hospitality will be essential to your success.

You will also work closely with the wider team to uphold cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellence. This includes handling guest inquiries, resolving service concerns with confidence and empathy, monitoring appointments, and helping to drive a positive, productive workplace culture. We are looking for candidates with at least an SC education level and prior supervisory experience in spa, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused environment.
