Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule daily transport and operational activities.
  • Allocate vehicles, drivers, and resources efficiently.
  • Monitor deliveries and ensure timelines are respected.
  • Coordinate with drivers and operations team to resolve issues in real time.
  • Prepare and maintain planning reports and records.
  • Optimize routes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
 Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Minimum SC .
  • Experience in transport planning or logistics operations is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Should be team player, creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to work odd hours (including weekends and shifts if required).
