Lab Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant with a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Microbiology, Laboratory Science, Biotechnology or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory and microbiological tests on raw materials and finished products, monitoring microbial contamination, preparing samples, recording and analysing test results, and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety, hygiene and quality control procedures. A good understanding of microbiology, particularly bacteria, yeast and mould, is essential. Previous experience in a cosmetics or manufacturing laboratory will be an advantage.
