Job Description

The Junior Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity by creating engaging and dynamic online projects. You will conceptualise and produce a range of digital materials, including promotional banners, email templates and landing pages. Working closely with the Design Department and stakeholders across the business, you will support key initiatives while taking ownership of design briefs from concept through to completion.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce animated HTML5/GIF banners and landing pages for our brand and affiliate sites
• Produce and update brand templates
• Prepare and provide digital assets for affiliate sites
• Assist with the maintenance of brand websites, including updates, promotional creative assets and site banners
• Take direction and support senior team members in the delivery of larger projects
• Work closely with project team members, stakeholders and other Designers
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
• Keep up to date with new technologies, design tools and applications
• Support retention and marketing activities across the network as required

Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field
• Relevant experience in graphic or digital design would be an advantage
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative proficiency, digital design work, typography and layout skills
• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within challenging deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously
• Strong task management, prioritisation and workload ownership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to learn about the gaming industry
• Animation, 3D and AI skills would be an advantage
