Job Description – Functional Consultant (Testing Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant with strong testing experience to support business requirements analysis, functional solution delivery, and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide functional support and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience in functional testing, UAT, and defect management.
• Good understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
