Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in the Moka region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor who enjoys leading teams, solving problems on the ground, and ensuring that day-to-day activity runs safely, smoothly, and to a high standard.

In this role, you will coordinate site performance, support supervisors and field teams, and help keep projects aligned with operational targets, timelines, and quality expectations. You will be the link between management, clients, contractors, and internal teams, making sure communication is clear and action is taken quickly when issues arise.

We are looking for someone who can manage priorities with confidence, maintain strong site discipline, and build positive working relationships across different stakeholders. Experience in construction, architecture, property, or a related environment will be highly valued, especially where you have been responsible for overseeing multiple activities or locations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations across assigned areas
• Monitoring site performance, quality, and compliance standards

To succeed in this role, you should have at least an HSC/Bac level education and prior supervisory experience. Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing demands.
