Mechanical Fitter Welder

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out maintenance, repair, and servicing of industrial machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Perform welding on mild steel, stainless steel and other materials as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum School Certificate level

•  Experience in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance and Welding
• Ability to perform basic fitting and repair works
• Able to read and write for completion of Job Sheet
• Good troubleshooting skills and strong commitment to safety
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Physically fit and comfortable working in an Industrial Environment
• Manufacturing Industry experience will be an advantage  

• Good communication skills
