Trainee Airport Representative

Under the guidance and supervision of the Airport Executive, you will:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing accurate information and personalized service throughout their journey.
• Coordinate and oversee transfers for individual clients, airline crews, and transit passengers, ensuring smooth operations.
• Escort guests to their designated transport and promptly handle any unexpected situations or last-minute changes.
• Prepare daily airport reports, welcome kits, collect vouchers and payments, and ensure proper administrative follow-up.
• Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders, deliver exceptional customer service, and perform any other duties assigned by management.
