IT Support Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, technically skilled, and service-oriented IT Support Officer to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, equipment, and technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, telephones, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain the Company's IT systems, networks, and internet connectivity
• Assist employees with technical issues and provide timely IT support across departments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role is an advantage
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of computer networks, internet connectivity, and basic network administration
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and email systems
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and backup procedures
