Job Description – Business Analyst / Quality Assurance (BAQA)

Role Overview

The Business Analyst / QA (BAQA) is responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring that IT solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT development teams.
• Review solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Prepare and execute functional test cases.
• Perform testing, identify defects and coordinate their resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate deliverables.
• Assist users during implementation and provide functional support.
