Job description
- Ensure compliance with applicable Health and Safety laws, regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments at project sites.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and prepare reports.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks and awareness sessions.
- Monitor safety practices relating to machinery, scaffolding, excavation, lifting operations and working at heights.
- Maintain health and safety records and documentation.
