Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients at airports, hotels, and other designated locations.

- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals, ensuring any issues are promptly reported.

- Deliver and collect vehicles, prepare rental agreements, process payments, and update records.

- Promote Hertz products and services, build customer relationships, and support sales growth through upselling opportunities.

- Assist clients with accidents or breakdowns, coordinate with relevant teams, and perform any other duties assigned by management.
