Pastry Assistant

About the Role

As Pastry Assistant, you will support the pastry team in preparing, baking, and finishing pastries, cakes, and other sweet products. You will follow instructions and recipes while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Your Day (Main Tasks)

You will weigh ingredients, assist with preparing doughs, batters, creams, and fillings, and help decorate and package finished products. Your tasks will also include organising ingredients, checking expiry dates, washing utensils, and keeping workstations and equipment clean.
