Head Barista

About the Role

As Head Barista, you will lead our beverage service, maintain high coffee standards, and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will introduce new concepts, develop beverages, and train the team to ensure consistent quality.

Your Day (Main Tasks)

You will prepare and serve beverages, guide the team, and oversee the daily running of the coffee station. Your tasks will include developing recipes, managing stock, maintaining hygiene and equipment, serving customers, and handling payments and till reconciliation.
