Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to help uphold exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction in a busy tourism environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in presentation, understands the importance of smooth daily operations, and enjoys guiding a team to deliver consistently high standards.

In this role, you will oversee housekeeping activities across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to brand expectations. You will coordinate daily assignments, monitor room readiness, inspect cleanliness and maintenance standards, and support the team in resolving issues quickly and professionally. You will also help train and coach staff, encourage strong teamwork, and maintain a positive, respectful working environment.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bac +2 level education and prior experience in a supervisory housekeeping role. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead by example are essential. Experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel environments will be highly valued.
