Blue Safari Leisure Ltd is hiring: Revenue Lead

Blue Safari Leisure Ltd creates unforgettable marine and leisure experiences for visitors and residents in Mauritius. As we grow, we are strengthening our Finance team and are looking for a Revenue Lead to take ownership of our revenue cycle.

What you will do

• Lead the daily revenue audit across all our activities, sites and sales channels.
• Reconcile bookings, cash, card, online payments and bank receipts, and track down every variance.
• Own revenue recognition (IFRS 15), deferred income and VAT on sales.
• Deliver accurate daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and insight to management.
• Strengthen revenue controls and help automate our processes.
• Lead and develop a small revenue team.

What you bring

• ACCA/CIMA (partly qualified) or a degree/diploma in Accounting/Finance.
• 4–6 years in accounting, including 2+ years in revenue, income audit or revenue assurance.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS 15 and Mauritian VAT.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.
• A sharp eye for detail, integrity and a hands-on attitude.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality or leisure is a strong plus.
