SALES REPRESENTATIVE

One of our clients in the funeral industry, Moura Operations Co Ltd, is looking for a Sales Representative. The sales representative, responsibilities need to ensure clients choose appropriate service options and service package.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist families in choosing funeral services and arrangements according to their needs
• Explain available funeral packages, products, and services
• Handle enquiries and follow up with prospective clients
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and families
• Prepare quotations and assist with service arrangements
• Provide professional and compassionate customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

• School Certificate or Higher School Certificate

• Previous experience in sales will be a definite advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, and discreet when dealing with bereaved families
• Flexible working outside normal office hours when required
• Valid driving license
