F&B Waiter/Waitress (Solana Beach Mauritius)

Responsibilities:

• Inform Supervisor of any complaints
• Discuss with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Promote events and sales of Food and Beverages
• Ensure proper setting of tables
• Ensure Cleaning of furniture and equipment in his/her section
• Responsible for proper set up of tables 
• Serve food and beverages as per the hotel standard
• Ensure that guests receive efficient service
• Follow all food and beverage procedures
• Ensure that all bills are signed after service

Qualifications: 

• Minimum Form V
• Experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry will be a plus
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong interpersonal skills
