Sales Person

We are looking for a motivated Sales Person to join a dynamic team in Port Louis, with other job locations available at Royal Road, Rose Hill and Royal Road, Curepipe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their needs, and turning conversations into lasting customer relationships. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting sales growth while representing the business with professionalism and energy.

Job Purpose: To assist customers in selecting and purchasing stainless steel jewellery and accessories while providing excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, handling sales transactions, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.

You will engage with customers, present products clearly, and help guide them toward the best choice for their needs. Success in this role comes from strong communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable stainless steel jewellery and accessories
• Supporting daily sales activities and handling sales transactions
• Maintaining product displays and keeping the sales area attractive and organized
• Maintaining accurate records and following up on customer inquiries
• Ensuring the store remains clean and ready for clients
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth customer experience

We are seeking candidates with at least SC level education and a strong desire to develop in a staff-level sales role. Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage, but a proactive mindset and the right attitude are just as important. Clear communication, reliability, and the ability to work well with others will help you succeed.
