Manager

We are seeking a driven manager to lead operations of a restaurant, guest house and event business in La Demeure Saint Antoine  in Goodlands. This is an opportunity for a  hands-on leader who  is motivated by delivering high quality service, efficient operations, and strong team performance. 

In this role, he / she will oversee day-to-day activities, support staff development, and help ensure service standards are consistently met across the business. You will work in a collaborative spirit with internal teams  to improve processes, maintain quality, and contribute to commercial growth. A strong focus on customer experience, operational discipline, and collaborative leadership will be essential to your success.

The ideal candidate brings a Master’s degree or equivalent Bac +5 qualification and proven management experience. Experience in food service, hospitality, catering, or beverages will be a strong advantage. He / she will also be in charge of marketing and develop new initiatives consistent with the culture, historical heritage and family spirit of La Demeure Saint Antoine.
