Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Beauty Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing beauty treatments, advising customers on skincare routines and products and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform beauty treatments and skincare services according to company standards.
• Assess customers’ skincare needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Provide professional advice on skincare routines and beauty products.
• Explain treatment procedures and recommend appropriate aftercare.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation in the treatment area.
• Ensure that beauty equipment and tools are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets by recommending suitable skincare products and treatments.
• Keep up to date with skincare trends, products and beauty techniques.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of skincare treatments, skin types and beauty products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable, professional and customer-oriented attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays, as required.
