Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Electrician to join our team at Albert Trading Ltd.. The successful candidate will assist with electrical installation, maintenance and repair work while gaining practical experience and developing the skills required to become a qualified Electrician.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of ceiling fans, wall fans and lighting fixtures under the supervision of the electrician.
- Assist in diagnosing faults, repairing and maintaining fans and lighting fixtures.
- Participate in site surveys before installation to assess site conditions and technical requirements.
- Assist with regular inspections to identify potential electrical issues.
- Support preventive maintenance activities for electrical products.
- Respond to technical requests and assist with on-site interventions.
- Prepare and update basic reports on installations, inspections and repairs.
- Assist with the preparation, handling and maintenance of tools, equipment and materials.
- Follow instructions from the electrician and technical supervisor.
- Learn and apply proper installation techniques and electrical safety procedures.
Requirements
Certificate in Electrical installation works (Level3)
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
Ability to work as part of a technical team.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Valid driving licence is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and develop practical electrical skills.
Strictly follow health and safety procedures.
Ensure work areas are kept clean and organised.
Support technical service operations across all Albert Group companies.
Complete training and tasks assigned by the electrician or supervisor.
Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers and staff.
Handle tools, equipment and materials responsibly.
