We Are Hiring – Finance Trainee (Premium)

Fixed-Term Contract (One Year)

Key Responsibilities

• Process standing orders and check-offs on a daily basis.
• Clear rejection lists and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Clear deposit accounts and ensure accurate reconciliation of transactions.
• Process premium transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Create schedule lines for client ledgers and ensure client ledger updates.
• Update and maintain records on SharePoint.
• Provide backup support to the cashier as required.
• Perform general accounting functions and provide support to the Finance team

Candidate Profile

• Degree Holder in Finance or Accounting, or Higher School Certificate with ACCA Level 1, Diploma in Accounting & Finance, or any other equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
• Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
