ACTIVITIES:-

Design and optimise safe, practical and cost-effective building methods, temporary works and equipment solutions, from tender and mobilisation to structural works execution.
Own temporary works design and calculations within the role’s competence; arrange targeted external validation for complex or critical calculations.
Collaborate closely with the Productivity Lead as a distinct role.
Assess construction equipment, prefabrication and alternative methods to improve safety, buildability, programme and cost.
Standardise technical documentation and promote continuous improvement in construction methods and equipment utilisation.
Provide technical support during tendering, project mobilisation and site execution.

REQUIREMENTS:-

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3–5 years in building construction with structural works exposure, reinforced concrete, formwork, falsework, shoring and logistics.

Training in temporary works, formwork, planning, BIM or construction methods is an advantage.

Experience in methods, sequencing or temporary works calculations is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction and temporary works.
Knowledge of site logistics, tower cranes and construction equipment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Project is an advantage.
