Procurement Officer

WE'RE HIRING | Procurement Officer, Graphic Supplies Solutions LTD 

Graphic Supplies Solutions Ltd (graphicshop.mu), the Wide-Format & Graphics business of Chemtech Group, is looking for a Procurement Officer to own every order from purchase order to goods received.

You will be the single point of truth on every order and shipment, working closely with Sales, Order Processing, Finance, and our local and overseas suppliers.

What you'll do
• Raise accurate purchase orders and chase each one through supplier confirmation, freight, customs, and delivery
• Keep a live order and shipment tracker so the status of any order is always clear
• Coordinate supplier payments with Finance
• Prevent stock-outs by reordering on time from sales and stock-coverage data
• Manage procurement documents, landed costs, and Business Central records, with a weekly report on open orders and spend

What you bring
• HSC minimum. A diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is an advantage
• 2+ years in procurement, purchasing, import/logistics, or supply-chain coordination
• Experience with overseas purchasing, freight, Incoterms, and customs clearance
• ERP experience (Business Central / Dynamics an advantage) and strong Excel
• Fluent English and French. Creole an advantage
