Sales Promotors(Hostesses)

Role Overview

Responsible for supporting the company’s in-store activations, promotions, and events, primarily during end-of-month periods, with occasional mid-month activations depending on business requirements and urgency.

Team members will generally be deployed to outlets within or close to their residential area, but may be required to travel to other locations across the island, particularly for major events or special activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally during activations, events, and promotional activities.
• Welcome and engage customers and provide information on promotions, products, and offers.
• Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of outlet activations.
• Assist with preparation and organisation of activation materials.
• When not required for hostess duties, assist at Head Office with:
  • Preparing activation materials.
  • Creating and packing promotional bundles and promo kits.
  • Supporting other activation-related preparation as required.
• Provide support for end-of-month activations and, when necessary, mid-month activations based on business requirements.
• Remain flexible to support activations at different locations across the island when required.

Working & Deployment Requirements

• Primary deployment will be based on the employee's residential area where possible.
• Flexibility to travel to other outlets or locations when required, especially for major events.
• Sundays are generally off during mid-month periods, unless required for a special event or specific activation.
• Flexibility may be required during peak activation periods, particularly at the end of the month.

Requirements

• Customer-focused, friendly, and professional.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and confident when interacting with customers.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and willing to travel when required.
• Previous hostess, promotional, retail, customer service, or events experience is an advantage.
