Senior Entertainer

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Entertainer to create memorable guest experiences in a vibrant tourism environment. This full-time role is suited to a confident, energetic professional who enjoys connecting with people, leading activities, and bringing enthusiasm to every part of the guest journey.

In this position, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging entertainment programmes for a diverse audience. You will support the wider leisure team by ensuring activities run smoothly, safely, and on schedule, while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to read a crowd, adapt quickly, and keep energy levels high will be key to guest satisfaction.

As a senior member of the entertainment team, you will also act as a role model for colleagues, guide daily operations, and support less experienced team members when needed. You will contribute ideas for new concepts, seasonal events, and guest-friendly activities that enhance the overall experience and reflect the quality of the destination.

We are seeking someone with at least a Diploma or Bac +2 and previous supervisory experience in entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or a related field. Strong communication skills, a service mindset, and the confidence to lead groups are essential. Experience with live presentations, recreational activities, or guest engagement is highly valued.
