Guest Relation Officer (Arabic Speaking)

The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, ensuring they receive excellent service throughout their stay. The main focus is to make our Arab guests feel at home by providing warm, friendly, and personalized hospitality.

The role includes assisting with guest enquiries and requests, supporting check-in and check-out, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The GRO must be fluent in Arabic and English, familiar with Arab culture and traditions, and able to prepare and serve traditional Arabic tea with proper etiquette.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Arab culture and hospitality traditions.
• Ability to prepare and serve Arabic tea.
• Friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
