Ensure availability of internal and external manpower for maintenance, calibration, and servicing activities.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance of utility equipment.
Coordinate maintenance, inspections, calibration, spare parts, and consumables.
Monitor utility equipment performance to minimize breakdowns and production disruptions.
Oversee operation and maintenance of compressors, boilers, refrigeration, CO₂, water treatment, chillers, ETP, pumps, and related utilities.
Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, utility consumption, and service reports.
Liaise with Production, Quality, Safety, and other service providers to ensure uninterrupted utility operations.
