Store Attendant (Temporary 3 months)

Job Description

Main duties:

• Carry out effective and efficient services and assistance for both internal and external customers
• Assist in ensuring high level of quality services are delivered at agreed time schedule
• Ensure correct stock rotation and that issues are effected on a First in - First out basis 
  
• Assist physical stocktaking of all items in store at stipulated intervals
• Regular update on the temperature of food stuffs in cold storage while doing receiving of products
• Ensure a strict control of access to the Store section
• Receive store requisitions and ensure that all issues are made against requisitions, and that no items leave the storeroom without the appropriate approval signature
• Follow procedures and SOPs in relation in store
• Ensure raising of purchasing request

Candidate's Profile:

• 1 year working experience in hotel industry    
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Computer literacy
