Job Description
Responsibilities
- To call customers and take their orders.
- To issue sales orders for Supermarket/ HORECA customers.
- To check and apply total of discount to be given to customers (For specific products and as per the discount list).
- To update and maintain customer database.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate them to Sales Representatives and the Head of Department (HOD).
- Send daily planning of sales order.
- To perform any cognate duties assigned by the HOD/management.
Ability & Competencies
- Good Communication skills both in French and English.
- Relationship Builder with clients.
- Be organised.
- Master Classic Office tool.
- Successful experience in answering and receiving calls.
