Manager on Duty

We are seeking a professional, service-driven individual to lead daily guest operations and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor. In this key role, you will be the visible leader on shift, supporting teams, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining smooth service standards across the property.

You will coordinate front-of-house activity, oversee guest arrivals and departures, and act as the main point of contact for operational matters during your shift. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and communicate clearly will help create a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and colleagues.

This opportunity is ideal for a supervisor-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and experience in tourism, hospitality, or a similar service-focused setting.
