IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance regional IT infrastructure services across the MEA region. The successful candidate will ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure environments while delivering technology projects and regional initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve regional IT infrastructure services and platforms.
• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance with technology standards.
• Deliver infrastructure projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Manage patching, disaster recovery, business continuity, and capacity planning activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on technical solutions and initiatives.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement, and AI adoption across infrastructure operations.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to policies, standards, and security requirements. 

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, TCP/IP, cloud and virtual infrastructure platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure operations, automation, scripting, and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of ITIL and project management principles.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and French.
