Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Mix cocktails and prepare drinks professionally.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor beverage supplies and restock inventory as required.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and applicable regulations.
• Handle customer payments and operate POS systems where required.
• Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of bartending or relevant F&B experience.
• Good proficiency in English and French.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and presentable personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays where required.
• Willingness to relocate to Canada.
