About the Role

We are recruiting for our client, a company operating in the tattoo equipment sector, for a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Representative to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and expand its client portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, managing an assigned list of clients, and ensuring regular follow-ups to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients from a predetermined client list.
• Conduct regular client visits to present products, understand customer needs, and identify sales opportunities.
• Provide monthly follow-ups to existing clients to maintain strong business relationships.
• Promote and sell tattoo equipment and related products.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports.
• Monitor client requirements and ensure appropriate follow-up on enquiries and orders.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and the overall growth of the business.

Candidate Profile

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
• Between 6 and 10 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in a client-facing or business development role.
• Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.
• Dynamic, proactive, and commercially minded, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage regular client visits.

Working Conditions

• Work Location: Rose Hill
• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00
