Kitchen Helper

📋 About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Helper to join our catering operations team in Plaine Magnien. The successful candidate will assist in plating both cold and hot kitchen items, supporting the team during the increase in flights expected in November, December and January. This is a great opportunity to learn CCP records (food safety) and quality procedures while gaining hands-on experience in the catering industry.

🎯 Daily Responsibilities

• Assist in portioning
• Help in the preparation of food for flights
• Support plating in both cold and hot kitchen sections
• Learn and apply CCP records (food safety) and quality procedures

⏰ Working Days & Hours

• Working days: 6/7, with 1 day off per week
• Shift 1: 8h00 – 16h30
• Shift 2: 11h00 – 20h00

👥 Reporting To

• Executive Chef
• Chef de Partie
