Functional Consultant – Odoo

The role

• Configure Odoo to functional specifications prepared by our senior consultants.
• Test configurations and support clients through go-live.
• Provide day-to-day client support: resolve issues, answer questions and guide users.
• Train client users and create user guides.
• Build strong client relationships through respectful, clear and professional communication.
• Approach every problem with a positive, solution-driven mindset, and turn obstacles into results for the client.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, IT or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on Odoo configuration experience.
• Solid understanding of ERP and core business flows: sales, purchasing, inventory and finance.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and French.
• Calm under pressure, with a progressive, can-do attitude.

Strong advantage

• Accounting or finance background.
• Experience configuring Odoo Accounting, VAT and MRA e-invoicing.
• Odoo certification.
