IT SUPPORT INTERN (2 months)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing first-level IT support to end-users
• Installing standard software and updates
• Troubleshooting basic hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Supporting printers, mobile devices and peripherals
• Following IT procedures and documentation standards

REQUIREMENTS

§    Currently studying or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in IT, Network Administration or Information Systems

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration
• Exposure to Service Desk or ticketing systems
• Basic understanding of Active Directory
• Network fundamentals (IP addresses, Wi-Fi, LAN)
• Basic troubleshooting methodology
• Proactive and good organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Valid driving licence (mandatory)
