Trainee Laboratory Technician

We are looking for motivated Trainee Laboratory Technician to join our laboratory team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist laboratory staff with routine day-to-day activities.
• Receive, identify, label, sort and organise samples as instructed.
• Assist with the preparation and arrangement of samples before testing.
• Prepare and organise basic laboratory materials, containers and consumables.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining laboratory work areas, benches and equipment.

• Support the team in maintaining an organised and safe working environment
• Follow laboratory safety, quality, hygiene and housekeeping requirements at all times
  
  Candidate profile
  

• HSC holder

• No previous laboratory work experience required

• Interest in laboratory work and willingness to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
