Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide installation services to our customers;
- Offer technical support to customers both onsite and remotely;
- Follow guidelines and best practices and suggest improvements as required;
- Ensure customer satisfaction while aligning to the company’s objectives;
- Provide optimal information, guidance, and support to all stakeholders;
- Prepare reports with information summaries and analysis.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electro Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and mechanical equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Valid driving licence.
