The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, courteous, and customer-oriented Golf Operations Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering an outstanding experience to our members and guests by ensuring smooth daily golf operations and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities may include working across the Practice Range, Cart Barn, Valet Services, Starter Operations, and Course Marshalling.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Prepare and maintain the driving range and practice areas.
• Set up, clean, and maintain golf carts and the cart staging area.
• Assist with loading and unloading golf bags and clubs.
• Perform starter duties, manage tee times, and communicate course information.
• Monitor the pace of play and assist golfers throughout the course.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure that golf facilities and equipment are properly presented.
• Support the golf operations team in delivering a seamless guest experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum School Certificate (SC).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A courteous, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different operational duties.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues, management, members, and guests.
• Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility to work according to a scheduled roster.
• Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and uphold the values and code of conduct of Mont Choisy Group.
• High level of integrity and commitment to excellent customer service.

Location Preference

Priority will be given to candidates residing in the North of Mauritius or the Pamplemousses District.
