VACANCY – RESERVATIONS MANAGER

5-Star Luxury Resort | Mauritius

A prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Mauritius is seeking an experienced and dynamic Reservations Manager with strong expertise in Yield Management and Revenue Optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
• Develop and implement effective yield management and pricing strategies.
• Maximise room revenue, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Monitor booking trends, market demand, competitor rates and revenue forecasts.
• Manage room inventory, distribution channels, OTAs and direct bookings.
• Work closely with Sales, Front Office and Management to optimise revenue performance.
• Lead, train and supervise the Reservations team.
• Ensure exceptional guest service in line with five-star luxury standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in reservations, preferably within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Proven experience in Yield Management and Revenue Management is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, forecasting and room inventory management.
• Proficiency in PMS, channel management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, commercial and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to the resort's commercial performance.
