A prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Mauritius is seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to oversee restaurant operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet.
• Ensure exceptional guest service in accordance with five-star luxury standards.
• Supervise, train and motivate the restaurant team.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage staff scheduling, stock control and operating costs.
• Drive revenue through upselling and effective outlet management.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and service standards.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage Management teams.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a five-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial Food & Beverage position.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of fine dining, food and beverage service and guest relations.
• Good commercial awareness and cost-control skills.
• Excellent command of English; French would be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining luxury service standards.
