Showroom Coordinator

Azure Outsourcing Services Ltd is looking to recruit for Made to Shade an organized and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator who will also act as an Indoor sales consultant. 

The incumbent will be the first point of contact for walk-in visitors, callers and online enquiries, guiding customers through the range of product, preparing quotations, converting enquiries into orders, and coordinating with  production and installation teams to ensure every customer has a smooth experience from first visit to final installation.

DUTIES

• Welcome showroom visitors and keep displays, samples and brochures clean, current and well stocked.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best options.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Handle enquiries and complaints by phone, email, WhatsApp and in person, and log them promptly.
• Schedule measurements, installations and repairs with the technical team, and keep customers updated on order status.
• Maintain accurate customer records, orders and payments, and report on sales and enquiries.

PROFILE

• HSC Level
• 1–3 years' experience in showroom, retail or indoor sales, ideally in home furnishing or a similar field.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and handling customer enquiries.
• Conversant to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Fluency in English  both written and spoken.
• Experience coordinating with technical or installation teams.
• Valid driving licence 
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy showroom.
• Team player who is proactive, reliable and takes ownership.
