About the Opportunity

Interested in building your career in Canada's hospitality industry? We are recruiting Room Attendants / Housekeeping Attendants for opportunities with Canadian hotels and hospitality employers.

This role is suited to candidates who take pride in cleanliness, organization, and maintaining a comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, suites, and assigned areas.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize designated areas.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety concerns.
• Use cleaning products and housekeeping equipment safely.
• Keep housekeeping carts, storage areas, and workspaces organized.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, workplace safety, and guest privacy procedures.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Support the housekeeping team during busy periods and perform other assigned duties.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeping Attendant, Hotel Cleaner, or in a similar role is an asset.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of performing housekeeping duties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and respectful approach to guests and colleagues.
• Ability to follow instructions, workplace procedures, and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
• English communication skills; additional language requirements may vary by employer.
