About the Opportunity

We are recruiting Front Desk / Front Office Attendants for hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses across Canada. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in hotel reception, guest services, or customer service who are interested in developing their careers in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries, reservations, and service requests.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, policies, and local attractions.
• Manage room assignments, guest records, payments, and front desk documentation.
• Address guest concerns professionally and help resolve service issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with daily front office administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk operations, hotel reception, guest services, or a similar role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional and welcoming approach when dealing with guests.
• Basic knowledge of reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and payment handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Eligibility for applicable Canadian work authorization, subject to the relevant requirements.
