Branch Manager - Madagascar

This position is based in Madagascar. The successful candidate will be required to relocate and work there permanently. If you are not willing to relocate to Madagascar, please do not apply for this position. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

The responsibilities and essential duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Define the store’s commercial policy in line with the company’s strategies.
• Set objectives and key priorities.
• Lead and support the sales team.
• Promote the company’s brand awareness and image.
• Monitor market developments and competitors’ offerings to continuously adapt the company’s products and services and increase revenue.
• Liaise with other departments within the company.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A qualification equivalent to four or five years of higher education in Management, Business or Marketing.
• An extensive client portfolio.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in French; English would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, data processing, stock monitoring and inventory management.

Experience

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of progressively responsible professional experience.
