Maintenance Lead

C-Care Darné is currently looking for a Maintenance Lead to be based at Floreal.

Reporting to the Head of Facilities, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities: 

What you will be doing:

• Ensuring compliance to periodic maintenance and servicing schedule for all engineering services equipment in the hospital.
• Overseeing record keeping of service history for equipment and related documents in the department.
• Provide regular updates to Manager/ Engineer of any major issues and ensure same is properly logged on software and monitored accordingly for resolution.
• Planning optimal availability of equipment and supplies such as spares and consumables.
• Coordinating with other departments such as purchase to ensure timely availability of supplies in the right quantity.
• Coordinating with suppliers for immediate attention in case of equipment breakdown and assisting/ following up on commissioning of equipment with engineer.
• Assigning specific task to individuals such as allocation of responsibility for equipment in a department wise manner among the technicians.
•  Assist technicians in solving major problems.
