Junior Programmer

About the role

Werttax International Ltd is seeking a motivated recent graduate for an entry-level Junior Programmer position. You will help automate and digitalise our real estate valuation processes using advanced Excel skills, Python, dashboards and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

·         Analyse existing workflows and support their optimisation, automation and digitalisation.

·         Develop and maintain Excel workbooks using advanced formulas, PivotTables and Power Query.

·         Write Python scripts for data preparation, analysis and repetitive tasks.

·         Build and maintain clear dashboards showing key indicators and project results.

·         Apply AI tools to research, data processing and workflow improvement, and check their outputs.

·         Research, organise, validate and maintain property data.

·         Test solutions and document workflows clearly.

·         Work with the valuation team and perform other duties relevant to the position.

Requirements and qualifications

·         A recently completed degree or equivalent recognised qualification in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Analytics or a related field.

·         Excellent Microsoft Excel skills at an advanced level.

·         Good practical Python skills and the ability to build dashboards.

·         A solid foundation in artificial intelligence and its practical application.

·         Strong interest in automation, digitalisation, research and real estate valuation.

·         Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy.

·         Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.

·         A proactive, responsible and professional approach.

·         Willingness to learn German fundamentals and the technical terminology required for the role.

·         A driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are an advantage.

Academic projects may demonstrate your practical skills.

Training and professional development

Experienced valuation experts will provide training in real estate valuation, property research and data analysis.
