Driver

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform daily pick-ups and deliveries in the assigned region.
• Achieve individual set targets and productivity KPI’s. 
• Plan and follow efficient routes to maximise productivity.
• Handle packages with care to ensure items are not damaged during transit.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive attitude.
• Keep record of deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
• Ensure that all packages have a delivery status or attempted delivery status.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achievement of Targets
• Number of successful deliveries
• On time deliveries and collections
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  
•  Motorcycle license will be a plus.  
• English & French proficiency
• Physical fitness to load/unload packages as needed.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry products: Express, Freight
• At least 1 year of professional experience will be a prerequisite.
